 Cute but baggy ankles August 19, 2010

Really wanted to love these boots BUT they are super baggy around the ankles. They look hot from a front view but not so hot from the side. I asked several people their option before deciding to return them ;(

These are absolutely gorgeous leather boots. They look great and are so comfy in the foot area. Sadly I have skinny legs so the boot scrunched badly at the ankle and was way too loose at the top (for reference - 8.5 in at smallest part of ankle and 13.5 just below knee) . If you have normal legs, buy these! They're awesome!

Coming from someone who has large (but not that big) calves, I can't pull them on! My foot gets stuck right before it would be pushed into the shoe. I'm afraid to pull harder in case I get them on and can't get them off! However, they are GOREGOUS, I'm so so sad to have to return them. With the return policy, I'd say try them out even if you have big calves, just be aware these seem to be made for smaller legs.
If anyone has any tips on how to stretch these babies a bit, please share!

I love this boot! the color is so beautiful. The heel is a perfect height. I would recommend buying the frye leather conditioner and conditioning them before their first use.

I Love these boots. I also purchased them in chocolate. They are so comfortable and stylish. I have received many compliments on them. The transaction with buyers went very smooth. And delivery time was speedy no problems. I would definately prchase from these buyers again.
